Replacement of old 100 gallon gas water heaters (60% efficiency) with

new super high efficiency boilers and stainless steel storage tanks

We hope to cut the fuel bill by a third!

We removed two 100 gallon AO Smith 200,000 BTU commercial water heaters and replaced them with 2 new Buderus GB142 wall hung high efficiency boilers with modulating 37,000 to 196,000 BTU boilers rated at 96% fuel efficient. We Installed two 120 gallon stainless steel indirect water storage tanks as well. We increased the storage by 40 gallons for a total of 840 gallons stored hot water ( there is an unseen 600 gallon ASME steel tank that is not shown).

We are expecting about a third lower fuel cost to heat this buildings hot water. There are 35 apartments in this building.
