we do it! Boilers - new or old. Repair, annual service
or new installations from scratch is what we do. We
also troubleshoot and repair forced air furnaces when
they don't work. We do NOT do sheet metal or duct work. |

About Us
Our core neighborhood is Queen Anne,
Magnolia, Fremont and Ballard. We work within the Seattle
City limits. Most of our work is North of downtown. We never
go outside the city. We are located between Queen Anne and
Magnola in Interbay near Fishermans terminal.
Evan has been a master plumber, HVAC
electrician & boilerman for over thirty years - a licensed
contractor for over 28 years. He still gets dirty occasionally
(not really...).
Anthony is a licensed journeyman plumber
qualified to work on any plumbing problem you may have. He
is our repiping & Remodel specialist. He is our hot water
boiler installer. He gets dirty everyday.
Gary is our primary service & repair
plumber with many years experience. He is a licenced commercial
plumber.
We are a TIME BASED service company.
We charge by the quarter hour. You can get a plumber on your
job in Ballard, for example, for $39.95. No added on charges
of any sort (+ sales tax). The further away your job is, the
more it costs for us to provide services; consequently we
do not normally work outside the city limits. We do bid on
larger work.
We work for you. You have a right
to an expert opinion if needed, and skilled professional results
if you hire us. If you call us, Evan answers the phone. There
is no charge for a phone consultation but if we consult on-site
we do charge for our time.
